Mali Bakhtar Ph.D., Vice President.
Hello and thank you for visiting this website!
It is my goal as Vice President of the Lake View Terrace Improvement Association (LVTIA) to support the President and serve the community.
My husband, Dariush and I raised two wonderful children. Our daughter, Bahar, is an engineer working with the California Dept of Transportation and our son, Omid, is a physician and lives in San Diego with his wife, Sheila and baby son Max.
I have lived and studied in Asia, Europe and America. I have a Ph.D. in education and have taught in numerous educational settings. My hobbies are gardening, fashion and reading.
I am obsessed with beautiful homes and nature.
I became a real estate broker, after moving to the Los Angeles area, specializing in the agricultural properties in Lake View Terrace, Shadow Hills, Sunland, Sylmar and Tujunga areas as well as residential properties. My extensive real estate experience will benefit you whether you are serious about buying or selling a home at this time, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer. I am very confident that you will be extremely satisfied with the exceptional real estate service I provide that you will recommend me to your relatives and friends.
Please feel free to contact me either by phone 818.730.2921 or simply send me an email at Mali@HouseYouLove.com to discuss how I can best assist you with your community or real estate needs.
Sincerely,
Mali Bakhtar
